1. The Service

Tripis.in provides AI-generated "Travel Intelligence Reports." These are digital products designed to offer optimized routing, budget allocation, and local discovery suggestions. We do not provide physical travel services, transport, or hotel bookings.

2. Payments & "Instant Trust" Refund Policy

• Fee: Each intelligence report is priced at a flat rate of ₹99 (inclusive of taxes).
• Timeout Protocol: If our AI engine fails to generate your report within 3 minutes, our system will automatically trigger an Instant Refund via Razorpay.
• Final Sale: Once a report is successfully generated and delivered to your dashboard, the sale is final and non-refundable.

3. AI Accuracy & Budget Disclaimer

• Informational Purpose: Reports are orchestrated by AI using real-time data. While we strive for accuracy, Tripis.in is not responsible for changes in fuel prices, road closures, or business hours.
• Budget Logic: The "Budget-First" feature provides an estimate based on average market rates. Actual costs may vary based on user choices and local inflation. Users are advised to carry a 10% cash buffer.

4. Referral & Creator Credits

• Standard Referrals: Users earn 1 Free Trip credit only after their referred friend completes their first successful ₹99 purchase.
• Creator Passes: Influencer "Magic Links" grant 10 free reports. These are single-use, have no cash value, and may be revoked if fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logic, brand assets (the "Scroll S" logo), and the "Liquid Luxe" design framework are the exclusive property of Yuktix Labs. Unauthorized reproduction of our AI-generated reports or code is strictly prohibited.
